Cancellation/late policy

All nail customers receiving any nail service, will be enrolled automatically into our loyalty card scheme. On your filth nail treatment with heavenly you will receive 15% off any one nail service of your choice. Upon your 10th visit you will recieve 30% off any one service of your choice. One stamp per appointment. I do not keep record of this and lost stamps will not be replaced.

BRAND NEW FOR 2024 - All hair appointments with a spend over £15.00 will be Eligible to recieve  a free trim with any service on their 6th visit to the salon. This can be booked as a stand alone appointment however will only be accepted by confirming with myself first. NOT eligible through my online booking system, refunds for deposits will not be refunded and free stamp can be used on another pre arranged appointment.  I do not keep record of any loyalty cards, lost stamps will not be replaced.
